Were you involved with Knot a Sports Day 2024?
We had such fantastic feedback from our team following the 2024 event, finishing second! We are really excited to be taking part again and as such are entering 2 teams this year.
How are you and your team planning to train/prepare for this year’s event?
Our teams are raring to go. Strict calorie controlled protein rich diets have been followed along with gruelling daily exercising sessions around Festival Park… Knot!
What would it mean if your team won Knot a Sports Day 2025, and how would you celebrate?
It would mean everything. This is all that matters!
