Venue: University of Staffordshire
Date: Friday 12th June
Time: 9.30am – 3.30pm
You’ll knot want to miss this one! We’re calling all businesses across the county to participate in a traditional sports day in the name of charity.
The event will again unite local businesses for a day of playful rivalry, inclusive competition, and community-driven fundraising.
Participants can look forward to nostalgic favourites like egg-and-spoon races, three-legged challenges, plus creatively modern twists, feature entertainment, live commentary, inflatables, and more, all in support of nine local charities.
Following the resounding success of 2025’s edition, where over 230 attendees from 32 teams helped raise £10,000, the 2026 organisers are aiming to build on that momentum.
Registration is now open, with early-bird team slots available for £400. Each team, made up of 4 to 8 members, is encouraged to bring originality with creative names and co-ordinated t-shirts, offering businesses a fun way to build morale while giving back.

Prize donations
Our charity raffle during the day is always a popular attraction.
Donations towards this are always very gratefully received. All companies donating items have their logo prominently displayed as acknowledgement during the day.

There is absolutely no obligation for sponsors to attend or enter the event.
All sponsorship donations will be used towards the cost of delivering the event. Any surplus will be added to the overall fundraising total and donated in full, to the 9 chosen charities, soon after conclusion of the event.
